SharePoint 2010 - Metatag Visibility Access

By default it would appear that the taxonomy information is not readily visible to all users, outside of the administrator. This list hidden list requires the following permissions:
https://servername/Lists/TaxonomyHiddenList/

• NT AUTHORITY\authenticated users           Read  
• System Account (SHAREPOINT\system)     Full Control
